The Sayan is located in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach where you can experience a luxurious lifestyle with the pristine beaches, shopping and fine dining venues. This is a 30-story high-rise with that overlooks the Atlantic ocean and Miami skyline It was built in 2006 by acclaimed developers J. Milton & Associates and designed by the renowned architect Sieger Suarez.

 Sayan means “place of ultimate relaxation” in Polynesian. The building was inspired by the romance of Bali and born out of the South Seas folklore of centuries past.
