Miami Condos, Analyzing Miami Beach Real Estate

The chart shows all of the Miami condos priced over $1 million dollars that have been sold, in the areas from South Beach to Golden Beach, since the beginning of the year. This information was gathered from The Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County and based on transactions that were conducted through its realtors.

There were a total of 969 condos sold in Miami since January 1st of this year and within those sales 132 Miami condos were priced over $1 million dollars. Half of those 132 condos sold were located between Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach and 45% were located in Miami Beach. There were 5 condos sold in Aventura which was almost 4% of the total sales of condos priced over $1 million dollars.

These Miami condos ranged in price from $1 million $15.5 million with an average asking price of $2.2 million dollars and sat on the market for an average of 198 days.
